The consular district of the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Seattle includes states and territories: Idaho, Iowa, Alaska, Wyoming, Washington, Hawaii, North Dakota, South Dakota, California, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, as well as Guam, American Samoa and Northern Mariana Islands.

The consular district of the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Houston includes the states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Kansas, Colorado, New Mexico, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas.
