Solomon Mikhoels International Cultural Center performance at the Embassy

On April 30, the Embassy hosted a performance by Solomon Mikhoels International Cultural Center “Culture beyond borders”, the organization focusing on combating terrorism and chauvinism by means of culture.
The project that started in January 2013 in Paris successfully combines classical and modern music, docudrama feature presentations.
David Kostelanchik, Director for Russia at the U.S. Departmant of State, addressed the International Cultural Center with welcome words by Secretary John Kerry.
Among the participants were musicians from Russia as well as France (conductor M.Kats), Germany, Georgia, Canada, Romania, the U.S., the representation that reflects the project name “Culture beyond borders”.
