Russian Embassy participated in the Global Tiger Day

On July 28 the Russian Embassy to the U.S. participated in the Global Tiger Day at the National Zoological Park in Washington DC.
Zoo guests were introduced to the Amur tigers and to conservation programs in Russia aimed to increase their population (there are only 500 of them left).

Information board and brochures were specially prepared for the visitors. A dance group of children from the Embassy performed at the event.
