Phone conversation between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry

On September 11, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry spoke by phone upon an initiative of the American side. The Minister and the Secretary discussed the situation around Syria which will be in the focus of their attention at a special meeting in Geneva on September 12-13.
