THE FACTS OF VIOLATION BY THE UNITED STATES OF ITS OBLIGATIONS IN THE SPHERE OF NONPROLIFERATION OF WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION AND ARMS CONTROL

The START I Treaty

During the period of START I, a number of Russian concerns with US compliance with the treaty were never alleviated. In particular, there were no advance notices or telemetric information transmitted to the Russian side regarding a number of flight tests of Trident II submarine-launched ballistic missiles (SLBMs) at the US Eastern Test Range.
